I just listened to Jim's podcast with Marsha Petrie Sue on my way home from work. It's only a short drive and I found myself idling in my driveway for nearly 10 minutes riveted to the conversation. There are so many great gems of information in this podcast that I'll need to listen again tomorrow at my desk with a notebook and pen ready to go. I'm looking forward to more PowerPODs. Keep them coming.

Pete, Thanks for the kind words! Marsha has got so much to say that 30 minutes just isn't enough! Be sure to visit her web site at www.MarshaPetrieSue.com and get her books: The CEO of YOU and Toxic People: Decontaminate Difficult People at Work without using Weapons or Duct Tape. Both are "must reads." Please feel free to share the PowerPOD link with everyone in your address book! Jim
